Sole2Soul offers virtual cognitive behavioural therapy, through our fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Psychotherapist, Josh. He has over 9 years of experience working in a leading NHS Trust in London and can offer psychotherapy to adults with a range of mood and anxiety-related difficulties, including:

Josh takes a holistic approach towards mental health and has a deep appreciation for how the functioning of our bodies and mind are intertwined. As a qualified personal trainer Josh can, when requested, provide people with training plans to complete alongside the therapy, and work with people on lifestyle change to improve their mental health. Josh has a warm and friendly approach to therapy and enjoys helping people improve their mental wellbeing so they can move towards living a more meaningful and contented life.

In line with the the evidence base for CBT, the number of sessions offered will be limited, often between twelve and twenty sessions.

Sole2Soul will be offering eight-week evidence-based mindfulness courses to individuals and groups, integrating Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) into the sessions.

This will help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve relationships with others and with oneself, and optimise overall mental wellbeing and calm.
