Strength doesn’t come from what you can do; it comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t.

PEOPLE

Coach of the Year Winner Charlotte Evans 2016.jpg

Charlotte, founder and owner of Sole2Soul, is a confident, passionate and ambitious character with a love for holistic health and fitness. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing, she has since worked as a senior nurse and manager within NHS inpatient and community mental health settings. Her career into the fitness industry came after a decade of nursing, and she qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Exercise Referral specialist, so she could include her passion for exercise into her work of helping others.

Charlotte's nursing has been the main influence of Sole2Soul’s identity, but she grew to understand and appreciate the real meaning of health and wellbeing when she lived and worked in Thailand and was surrounded by the Buddhist culture. Being inspired by Buddhism and having completed a Buddhist meditation course, Charlotte has supported hundreds of clients to become motivated through the journey of change and to remain mindful and positive through each step. Charlotte is now completing a diploma in Mindfulness to enhance her knowledge and skills and to be able to support clients more holistically. Her training and experience of using concepts of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT, has also been another very effective way to help clients identify and achieve goals. Together, this develops self-confidence, inner strength and stamina.

Charlotte's approach to health and fitness is simple: to make it fun, rewarding and accessible. Charlotte is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of evidence-based training in all her work and is a firm believer that if you don't feel good about yourself it is hard to feel good about anything else.
